Check Charts (logs). The Contractor is required to maintain a check chart for the elevator, which lists all the parts requiring service and the intervals at which they are to be serviced. This chart is kept in a mutually agreed upon location supplied by State, and the Contractor will provide the chart to State upon completion of this Contract. Contractor must record every service call on the appropriate chart, and list the services performed and parts or equipment replaced.
