Check and ensure Sample Clauses

The "Check and ensure" clause requires a party to actively verify and confirm that certain conditions, standards, or requirements are met throughout the performance of an agreement. In practice, this may involve conducting inspections, audits, or tests to confirm compliance with safety regulations, quality benchmarks, or contractual obligations. By mandating ongoing verification, this clause helps prevent oversight or negligence, ensuring that all parties consistently meet their responsibilities and reducing the risk of disputes or failures.
