CHARTER REVIEW. 4.1 Reviews. In keeping with the requirements of U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(b) the SCSB will perform at least an annual review (more often as the need arises as determined by the Authorizer) and evaluation of the performance of the Charter School and hold the Charter School accountable for its performance. To facilitate the annual or any other review the School shall maintain the necessary records to provide the following:

CHARTER REVIEW. An out-of-school suspension is defined as the temporary removal of a student from school attendance to another setting for disciplinary reasons, during which time the student is not under the supervision of the school’s personnel and is not allowed on school grounds. This includes involuntary dismissals (partial-day removals).3
CHARTER REVIEW. Review Process Annually, SPA’s Principal shall provide to the Board a written report of all performance measures for the past school year and upon request the demographic information for the current school year. The review process will be guided by the following core questions: Is the School’s academic quality successful?
CHARTER REVIEW. The Committee will review and reassess the adequacy of this Charter at least annually and will submit any recommended changes to the Charter to the NG Committee and the Board for approval.
CHARTER REVIEW. ● After the initial two-year term referred to above, the Chairperson shall review this Charter and recommend to the Board of Directors for approval any modifications or changes, on an annual basis.
CHARTER REVIEW. 1. The CIR will conduct a charter review on a biennial basis, beginning in its first year;
2. Charter changes require a supermajority of 4/5 of the committee;
3. The CIR will host an open meeting prior to voting on charter changes in order to solicit commentary and suggestions for charter changes.
