Common use of Charter Renewal Clause in Contracts

Charter Renewal. a) Prior to renewal of this charter, the Sponsor shall perform a program review to determine the level of success of the school’s current academic program, achievement of the goals and objectives required by state accountability standards and successful accomplishment of the criteria under §1002.33(7)(a), F.S., the viability of the organization, compliance with the terms of the charter, and that none of the statutory grounds for nonrenewal exist.
