Charter performance. The Borrower shall perform its obligations under the Charter Documents and use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that each other party to them (which shall include the Pluto Joint Venture Participants (as described in Schedule 2 (Ship Information)) performs their obligations under the Charter Documents.
