Charter Membership. Charter Members will have access to Draft Specifications under development and are authorized to provide comments and input to specifications under development. Charter Members will have access to all releases of Final Specifications in accordance with the terms of the Company Intellectual Property Rights Policy, as from time to time in force (the "Intellectual Property Rights Policy") without additional fee. Charter Members are authorized to designate a representative to be a member of a Working Group. Charter Members are authorized to designate a representative to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Charter Members are expected, but shall have no obligation, to build or develop a commercial product or service supporting the Specifications and to implement defined technologies and solutions developed by the Company in the commercial products or services manufactured or developed by the Charter Member related to the Specifications. Charter Members shall have such other rights as the Board of Directors may from time to time approve.

Charter Membership. $75,000 initiation fee, $7,500 per year membership dues, and $150.00 daily use fee for guests who are driving. A charter member can bring up to twenty (20) guests per month. Three (3) of those guests may drive their own car on the track after a check ride with a CSM staff member. Guests who will be driving on the track will pay the normal daily use fee. A maximum of three (3) driving days per guest, per calendar year, are authorized per Charter Membership.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

  • Disputes Concerning Membership -23 Any dispute arising as to an employee’s membership or service charge shall be reviewed by the designated representative of the Employer and a representative of the local Union, and if not resolved, may be submitted to Step III of the Grievance Procedure. However, the employee may be retained at work while the dispute is being resolved.
