Charity Care. Resident acknowledges that Employer and Health Ministry are committed to providing health care to the sick and poor. Resident may be called upon to provide charitable care to the poor at no charge consistent with Employer’s current practice, mission and philosophy. Provision of such services will fall within the scope of Resident’s employment, and Resident will provide such charitable care as requested by Employer, subject to any limitations set forth herein.
Charity Care. The Provider shall provide, and shall cause the Recruited Physician to provide, services based on the patient’s ability to pay. The Provider and the Recruited Physician shall accept patients regardless of payment source, specifically including Medicare and Medicaid patients at levels that are similar to other providers in the practice.
Charity Care. The Physician shall provide services free of charge or at reduced rates in accordance with the charity care policies of the Hospital. The Physician shall accept patients regardless of payment source, specifically including Medicare and Medicaid patients.
Charity Care. As provided in the Master Hospital Lease, WH shall provide indigent and charity care at the Hospital, including access to the Hospital services by indigent persons, consistent with the policies and practices generally applied from time to time across WVUHS hospitals, and in any case not less than the extent required by Legal Requirements.
Charity Care. All Practitioners of Group shall provide charity care to Hospital’s patients in accordance with applicable Hospital policies, as amended from time to time. Hospital has provided Charity Care Policy to Group under separate cover.

Charity Care. (a) The Board of Directors shall adopt and maintain as its policy concerning charity care the policy of DHCC attached as Exhibit E (or a new policy adopted by the Board of Directors that is intended to provide a similar or greater benefit to the community). The Company shall cause its facilities, including without limitation the Hospital, to accept and to continue to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. The Company shall cause the Hospital to maintain a 24-hour emergency department that complies with applicable federal and state laws with respect to the evaluation and treatment of patients who present or are determined to have an emergency medical condition, or who, in the judgment of a staff physician, have an immediate emergency need. No emergency patient shall he turned away from the Hospital because of age, race, gender, insurance status, inability to pay or any other non-clinical factor that is not relevant to the provision of medical services. This covenant shall be subject in all respects to changes in governmental policy. The Category A Directors shall have the unilateral right to cause the Company to initiate and authorize new or additional charity care services within the scope of the charity care policy then in effect in order to maintain charity care at a level consistent with historical levels.
Charity Care. 10.2(a) The Parties acknowledge and agree that Newco shall cause the Hospital to maintain its existing charity care policies and practices (or put in place comparable policies and practices) following the Closing, subject to (i) the review and approval of the Newco Board, and to be consistent with other members of the LCMC System in providing such services as part of their respective missions in and around New Orleans,
