Common use of Charges Payable Clause in Contracts

Charges Payable. In consideration for the Services and the Intellectual Property Rights transferred and/or licensed to Ferring under this Agreement, Ferring shall pay ROTHERHAM LPC the Project Charges set out in Schedule 3, subject to receipt by Ferring of ROTHERHAM LPC’s valid invoice.
