Charges for Subsequent Years. For each year after the period for which periodic payments are payable, or each year after the first year of the lump sum payment license, as the case may be, Contractor will continue to provide City with the maintenance and support services as described in subsection A above, provided City issues a purchase order or modification to this License Agreement and pays Contractor in advance the annual maintenance and support charges then in effect.   • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) each of its fiscal years to end on December 31 of each year and (ii) its fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, respectively, of each year.

  • Notice of Adjustments; Notices Whenever the Purchase Price or number of Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 5 hereof, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Warrant Holder a certificate setting forth, in reasonable detail, the event requiring the adjustment, the amount of the adjustment, the method by which such adjustment was calculated and the Purchase Price and number of shares purchasable hereunder after giving effect to such adjustment, and shall cause a copy of such certificate to be mailed (by first class mail, postage prepaid) to the Warrant Holder.
