Common use of Charges for Services Clause in Contracts

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two One Hundred Thousand (200,000100,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Five Hundred Thousand (200,000320,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (200,00050,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Nine Hundredand Thousand (200,000900,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Four Hundred Thousand (200,000400,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Thousand one million one hundred and fifty thousand (200,0001,150,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Nine Hundredand and Fifty Thousand (200,000950,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

Charges for Services. In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Three Hundred Thousand (200,000300,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.

In consideration for the Services, Client agrees to pay to Consultant the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand (200,00080,000) shares of the common stock of Client, which shall be issued to Consultant as soon as practical following execution hereof, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and restrictions as provided in Section 4 hereof.
