Character Area definition

Character Area means a specific geographic area or district within the community that:
Character Area means the areas shown marked as Character Areas on Plan 6; CIL Regulations means the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended);
Character Area means the lands outlined on Schedule “A” of this By-law;

All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway.   • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Downtown area means the business area of a community that is centrally located within the community within the context of the Iowa main street program.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Usable Area means the usable area calculated in accordance with the BOMA Standard.
