CHARACTER AND COMPETENCY. A. The CMR and its Subcontractors represent a duly organized and licensed entity which employs qualified and experienced personnel who specialize in performing the type of construction services required hereunder. The CMR agrees that it and its Subcontractors shall provide a sufficient number of personnel who are suitably qualified and experienced and who are in all respects acceptable to the Owner to perform the Work in an efficient and timely manner. The CMR represents that it and its Subcontractors are capable in all respects (including the possession of sufficient financial resources to provide fully for the payment of employees) of performing the Work and agrees to provide construction services of high quality. The CMR agrees that it and its Subcontractors shall diligently and conscientiously devote their resources to the performance of the Work.

CHARACTER AND COMPETENCY. A. The Contractor and all of its Subcontractors for the duration of the Contract are required to comply with all laws regarding authorization to do business in Virginia, licensing, and other regulatory requirements as applicable; to be financially stable; and to provide for performance of the Work a sufficient work force, all of whom are qualified for and experienced in the Work.

The Contractor represents that it is capable in all respects (including the possession of sufficient financial resources to provide fully for the payment of employees) of performing the Work and agrees to provide services of high quality. The Contractor agrees to diligently and conscientiously devote its resources to the performance of the Work. PWCSA, upon Notice to the Contractor, and in PWCSA's sole discretion, will have the right to direct the Contractor to remove an employee permanently from the site for any reason.

  • Competency Competency at this level involves application of knowledge and skills to a range of tasks and roles. There is a defined range of contexts where the choice of actions required is clear. There is limited complexity of choice of actions required. On occasion, more complex tasks may be performed.

  • Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training.

The CONTRACTOR shall participate in the State's efforts to promote the delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all beneficiaries, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation or gender identity.   • Competencies The following competencies apply to this position. The employee will be assessed against these as part of their annual performance and development review.

  • Teaching Experience Teaching experience will be credited on a year-for-year basis for each full-time teaching year or equivalent. Acceptable teaching experience includes pre-college, college, and university teaching.
