Competency Competency at this level involves application of knowledge and skills to a range of tasks and roles. There is a defined range of contexts where the choice of actions required is clear. There is limited complexity of choice of actions required. On occasion, more complex tasks may be performed.
Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training.
Cultural Competence A. The CONTRACTOR shall participate in the State's efforts to promote the delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all beneficiaries, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation or gender identity. Teaching Experience Teaching experience will be credited on a year-for-year basis for each full-time teaching year or equivalent. Acceptable teaching experience includes pre-college, college, and university teaching.
Incompetency Any benefit payable to or for the benefit of the Executive, if legally incompetent, or incapable of giving a receipt therefor, shall be deemed paid when paid to the Executive's guardian or to the party providing or reasonably appearing to provide for the care of such person, and such payment shall fully discharge the Company.
Expertise Such Member alone, or together with its representatives, possesses such expertise, knowledge and sophistication in financial and business matters generally, and in the type of transactions in which the Company proposes to engage in particular, that such Member is capable of evaluating the merits and economic risks of acquiring and holding the Units, and that such Member is able to bear all such economic risks now and in the future;
