CHAPTER Bylaws. As a condition of receipt of its charter as a chapter of AEA, CHAPTER provided its Association of Enterprise Architects <name of Chapter> Bylaws to AEA. CHAPTER agrees that its Bylaws are, and shall remain, consistent in all material respects with the mission and purpose of the AEA.
