CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. 24.1 The Bank may make changes to any of these Terms including the Bank’s Charges on giving at least the same amount of notice specified in paragraph 23.4 (In the case of 23.4.1 where a Notice Accounts requires more than 30 days’ notice, the Bank may make changes that do not impact the notice period or the interest rate to the detriment of the Client) above by circular or any other appropriate means (including by Xxxxxxxxxxx Online, by post, email, a message on the Client’s statement, or in another way that will be sent to the Client individually) to affected Clients.
