Common use of Changes to the Services Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Services. 9.1 The Supplier may update the Service Descriptions (other than the “overview” section) or the Services Specific Schedules forming part of this Agreement at any time. All such updates will be notified to the Customer through MyTimico and save as otherwise specified in the notification such updates will come into force at the end of the month following such notification.
