Common use of Changes to the Service Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Service. At any time GPPC may elect to make changes to the services being provided hereunder or to add features and functionality at no additional cost and with no adjustments to the revenue share hereunder as long as those changes are currently offered by Planet Payment or can be supported by Planet Payment: provided that (a) such changes shall not require Planet Payment to undertake any development to the Planet Payment Platform; and (b) such changes shall not require Planet Payment to process or route Domestic Transactions, Opt-Out Transactions or Non-Approved Currency Transactions. GPPC shall give Planet Payment written notice of the required changes and Planet Payment shall respond within a reasonable time notifying GPPC whether it can make such changes in accordance with the provisions of this section and if so, giving an estimate of how long it will take to make such changes.
