Changes to the Program Sample Clauses

The "Changes to the Program" clause defines the process and conditions under which modifications to the program may be made during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to propose or approve changes, the procedures for requesting and documenting such changes, and any limitations or notice requirements involved. For example, it may require written consent from both parties before any adjustments to the program's scope, schedule, or deliverables are implemented. The core function of this clause is to ensure that any alterations to the original program are managed transparently and with mutual agreement, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized or unexpected changes.
