Changes to the Program. Your Introducing Broker Dealer or The Firm may modify or cancel The Program at any time, which may result in changing the sweep option for your account. If we make any change, there is no guarantee that such change will provide an equal or greater rate of return to you on your uninvested cash balances during any given period, and the rate of return may be lower. You will receive advance notice of any change that results in changing the sweep option for your account. Unless you object within the time period specified, we will transfer the balances from your prior sweep into any new sweep. Relationships and Your Privacy Although your Introducing Broker Dealer, The Firm, and The Program Banks may share certain information about you and your accounts, information shared with Program Banks will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of The Firm and your Introducing Broker Dealer.
Changes to the Program. Con Edison and the Participating Contractor understand and agree that Con Edison may elect to modify or terminate the Program or modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Without limitation, modifications to the Program may include Con Edison supplemental documents and guidelines relating to rules and parameters of the Program provided for by the Program Manual. Announcement of modification or termination of the Program, and notification of any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will be made either by email message or through any communications portal established by Con Edison. Any modification to the Program or to the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon such notice, and the Participating Contractor’s continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes. If this Agreement is modified, or if the Program is modified, then the Participating Contractor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and no longer participate in the Program if any modification is not acceptable to the Participating Contractor, subject to a reasonable wind down of all activities relating to the participation of the Participation Contractor in the Program.
Changes to the Program. You agree that Bank may modify the terms and conditions of the Program, including changing, removing or adding Program Banks offered therein. All notices of material changes to the Program may be communicated by a posting on our website, letter, a separate electronic or written communication, a note on a periodic statement or other means.
Changes to the Program o In addition to the changes to the Priority List, as discussed above, Aspiration or Coastal may modify the Program at any time by changing the terms and conditions upon notice to you.

I understand that UNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make alterations in the Program calendar as it may deem necessary or desirable, with or without notice, or to cancel the Program or any aspect of it prior to departure and to cancel the Program or any aspect of it after departure, requiring that I return to the United States if UNT determines or believes that I am or will be in danger if the Program or any aspect of it is continued.

Notwithstanding any other provision in this Program to the contrary, MNWD reserves the right to: • Cancel this Program or individual rebates at any time. • Revise the amount of funds available for the Program, or individual rebates. • Amend the Program or individual rebates. • Reject any or all Application Forms received in response to this Program.
