Changes to Project Scope. Any significant changes to the project scope of work must be approved by the Department. The scope of work for any design or construction project must remain consistent with the current Department approved Sanitation Master Plan, Comprehensive Plan, Feasibility Study, or Preliminary Engineering Report, if applicable.
