Changes to Orders. The parties may, by mutual agreement, make changes to the scope of work, schedule, prices, deliverables or other substantive aspects of the Services (“Change”). The party asking for a Change shall describe in writing the details of the requested Change (“Change Order Request”). Nortel Networks shall provide in writing to Customer a summary of any and all adjustments to the charges and other changes resulting from the Change Order Request. In no event shall any Change be effective or acted upon in any way until such time as (i) an authorized representative of both parties has agreed to the terms of the Change Order Request in writing and (ii) Nortel Networks receives an Order from Customer for any additional amounts resulting from the Change Order Request.

Changes to Orders. Seller may substitute Goods of a different model, nomenclature or design than that described in the Order without notice, provided that such substitutions do not materially adversely affect the fit, form, or function of the Goods. Prior to shipment of the Order, Seller may review requests by the Customer for changes to the Order. Acceptance of any changes requested by the Customer will be at Seller’s discretion, and any changes may result in additional charges to the Customer.
Changes to Orders. If the Buyer desires to make a change to an order, Steel King will attempt to accommodate the request without cost to the Buyer. However, if materials have been ordered and/or fabricated for the specific project in question, additional drawings or extensive additional engineering time is required, or additional shipping costs will be incurred, the costs of the change will be calculated and presented to the Buyer for approval prior to initiating the change. Buyer accepts responsibility for the costs of such changes, which will reflect time and material costs, with a minimum Change Order amount of $100. No changes can be made within fifteen business days of the scheduled delivery date. Changes increasing quantities or adding items to the order are to be entered as separate orders subject to the then current lead time and discounting as a stand-alone project.
Changes to Orders. Customer may not make changes, increases, or reductions to an Order after DSA has begun to fulfill the Order without DSA’s prior written approval. If DSA agrees to change an Order at Customer’s request, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay any increase required for performance of the Order and any other charges related to the change.

Reseller may initiate changes to accepted orders by sending an order modification to Paragon referencing the original order. Paragon shall process the modified order upon its written acceptance of the modification.

Changes to Orders. Den-Mat may modify or cancel any order by delivering to Remedent a notice describing such modification or cancellation. In such event, in lieu of the purchase price for the Products subject to such order Den-Mat shall pay to Remedent: (a) with respect to a cancelled order, the cost incurred by Remedent in connection with such order prior to delivery of the notice of cancellation (but not more than the price for such Product under Section 7) and (b) with respect to a modified order, the purchase price for the modified Product plus the additional cost, if any, incurred by Remedent in connection with the completion of such order as so modified.
Changes to Orders. The customer may request to change an order, subject to customer accepting any resulting changes to compensation and deadlines, provided that LANTAL receives the change request in good time, considering the progress of the order in question (in particular the stage of development in case of development projects).
