  • Changes to Fee Structure In the event of Listing, the Company and the Advisor shall negotiate in good faith to establish a fee structure appropriate for a perpetual-life entity.

  • CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT Changes can be made to the contract in any of the following ways:

  • Fee Schedule For the performance by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent an annual maintenance fee for each Shareholder account as set forth in the attached fee schedule (“Schedule 5.1”).
