Changes to Foreign Control. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing, none of Buyer or any of its Affiliates shall take any action (including issuing any equity interests, amending its Organizational Documents or agreeing to any of the foregoing) that would result or would reasonably be expected to result (including upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement) in the representations and warranties set forth in Section 6.10 becoming untrue in any respect.
