Changes to Consumer Contracts during term. If this agreement is changed in accordance with clause 24 and the change results in the addition of a new provision to this agreement that requires the Retailer to include a new provision in its Consumer Contracts, the Retailer will take such steps as are necessary to comply with that provision. If the Retailer is required by the Distributor to change its Consumer Contracts more than once in any 2 year period, the Retailer may recover all reasonable costs and expenses associated with such compliance from the Distributor, provided that the Retailer may not recover such costs if the change is required by the Distributor under: (a) clause 24.1(b), unless the change results in a new obligation in schedule 4; (b) clause 24.1(c), unless the change results in a new obligation in schedule 4; or (c) clause 24.1(d).
