Changes to Approved Time Off. Once a time off request has been 2 approved, it can only be changed by mutual agreement between the Medical 3 Center and the Registered nurse. This paragraph will not apply if the 4 Registered nurse changes units after approval but before the time off period; 5 in that case, the Medical Center may not be able to honor the Registered 6 nurse’s request. The Registered nurse is expected to discuss such a situation 7 with the manager of the new unit.
