Common use of Changes in Testing Procedures Clause in Contracts

Changes in Testing Procedures. The Parties recognize that during the life of this Agreement, there may be improvements in the technology of testing procedures which provide for more accurate testing. In that event, the Parties will bargain in good faith whether to amend this Article to include such improvements. If the Parties are unable to agree on amendments there is no obligation on either Party to negotiate, in accordance with Article XIV.
