Changes in Scheduling Protocol. The Parties recognize that electric system conditions may change and that the scheduling protocols may need modification in order for the benefits of the Product to be fully utilized. The Parties agree to meet to discuss amendments to the Agreement to accommodate such changes. The provisions of this Section 3.8.5, however, shall not be construed to modify the provisions of Section 2.3 regarding a Government Action.
