Changes in Salary Allocation. A. Upon request of the Superior Court, negotiations shall be reopened for the sole purpose of considering an increase in salary (unrelated to a classification study) for any class included in this Agreement. Changes in salary resulting from a classification study shall be subject to the provisions of Article XVI.
