Changes in remuneration. During the period to which the Last Accounts relate and since the Last Accounts Date or (where employment or holding of office commenced after the beginning of the period) since the commencing date of the employment or holding of office: (a) no change has been made in the rate of remuneration, emoluments or pension benefits, of an officer, ex-officer or senior executive of WCL (a senior executive being a person in receipt of remuneration in excess of $125,000 per annum); (b) no material change has been made in any other terms of employment of an officer or senior executive.

During the period to which the Last Accounts relate and since the Last Accounts Date or (where employment or holding of office commenced after the beginning of the period) since the commencing date of the employment or holding of office: (a) 6.3.1.1 no change has been made in the rate of remuneration, emoluments or pension benefits, of an officer, ex-officer or senior executive of WCL WCEH (a senior executive being a person in receipt of remuneration in excess of $125,000 per annum);; and (b) 6.3.1.2 no material change has been made in any other terms of employment of an officer or senior executive.
