Common use of Changes in Participating Interests Clause in Contracts

Changes in Participating Interests. The Participating Interests shall be changed as follows: (a) as provided in Section 4.05, upon an election by a Participant pursuant to Section 7.06 to contribute less to an adopted Program and Budget than the percentage reflected by its Participating Interest; or (b) as provided in Section 8.04, in the event of default by a Participant in making its agreed upon contribution to an adopted Program and Budget; or (c) transfer by a Participant of less than all of its Participating Interest in accordance with Article 14; or (d) acquisition of less than all or part of the Participating Interest of another Participant, however arising; or (e) as provided in Section 4.06; or (f) as provided in Section 9.01.

Changes in Participating Interests. The Participating Interests shall be changed subject to alteration as follows: (a) as provided in Section 4.055.3, upon an election by a Participant pursuant to Section 7.06 8.4 to contribute less to an adopted Program and Budget than the percentage reflected by its Participating Interest; or (b) as provided in Section 8.049.4, in the event of default by a Participant in making its agreed upon contribution to an adopted Program and Budget; or (c) transfer by a Participant of less than all of its Participating Interest in accordance with Article 1415; or (d) acquisition of less than all or part of the Participating Interest of another Participant, however arising; or (e) as provided in Section 4.06; or (f5.3, SubSection 8.8(c), SubSection 8.8(d) as provided in or Section 9.0110.1.
