Changes in Hourly Rates. The Agency’s hourly rates may be changed once a year and the new hourly rates must be notified in writing to the Customer with a prior notice of three (3) months.
Changes in Hourly Rates. The wage rates prescribed in sub clause (1) above will be reviewed during January of each year and may be adjusted at such time, however there is no guarantee of an increase as BBS must remain competitive at all times. Consideration for reviewing the rates will include: ▪ Market rates for the applicable geographical location; ▪ The economic circumstances prevailing at the time; and ▪ BBS’s competitiveness in securing future work.

Consideration for reviewing the rates will include: ▪ Market rates for the applicable geographical location; ▪ The economic circumstances prevailing at the time; and ▪ Cimeco’s competitiveness in securing future work. ▪ The first annual review will occur in June 2008. The Workshop Manager may review an individual employee’s rate during the year, observing the minimum rates payable for the relevant classification and may adjust the employee’s rate at that time, (taking into account the employee’s experience, productivity, attitude, attendance record and market conditions etc).
