Common use of Changes in Data Protection Laws Clause in Contracts

Changes in Data Protection Laws. 11.3.1. Controller may by at least forty-five (45) calendar days' prior written notice to Processor, request in writing any variations to this DPA if they are required, as a result of any change in, or decision of a competent authority under any applicable Data Protection Law, to allow Processing of those Controller Personal Data to be made (or continue to be made) without breach of that Data Protection Law; and

Controller may by at least forty-five (45) calendar days' prior written notice to Processor, request in writing any variations to this DPA or to the Standard Contractual Clauses if they are required, as a result of any change in, or decision of a competent authority under any applicable Data Protection Law, to allow Processing of those Controller Personal Data Data, including with respect to Restricted Transfers, to be made (or continue to be made) without breach of that Data Protection Law; and

Controller may by at least forty-five forty-five (45) calendar days' prior written notice to Processor, request in writing any variations to this DPA if they are required, as a result of any change in, or decision of a competent authority under any applicable Data Protection Law, to allow Processing of those Controller Personal Data to be made (or continue to be made) without breach of that Data Protection Law; and
