  • EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT Subject to ratification by the parties, which both parties agree to recommend to their respective principals: This Agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of November, 2015 and shall be valid until the 31th day of December, 2019, and thereafter from year to year unless a written notice is given by either party within the period of four months immediately preceding the date of expiration of the term of the Collective Agreement, of their desire to terminate this Agreement or negotiate a revision thereof, in which case this Agreement shall remain in effect without prejudice to any retroactive clause of a new Agreement until negotiations for revision or amendments hereto have been concluded and a new Agreement superseding this Agreement has been duly executed.   • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • Delays during construction Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 10.3 (ii), in the event the Contractor does not achieve any of the Project Milestones or the Authority’s Engineer shall have reasonably determined that the rate of progress of Works is such that Completion of the Project Highway is not likely to be achieved by the end of the Scheduled Completion Date, it shall notify the same to the Contractor, and the Contractor shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of such notice, by a communication inform the Authority’s Engineer in reasonable detail about the steps it proposes to take to expedite progress and the period within which it shall achieve the Project Completion Date.

  • Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.

Any such termination may be made effective with respect to both the investment advisory and management services provided for in this Agreement or with respect to either of such kinds of services. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event of its assignment.

  • Maintenance during Construction Period (i) During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall maintain, at its cost, the existing lane(s) of the Project Highway so that the traffic worthiness and safety thereof are at no time materially inferior as compared to their condition on Appointed Date, and shall undertake the necessary repair and maintenance works for this purpose; provided that the Contractor may, at its cost, interrupt and divert the flow of traffic if such interruption and diversion is necessary for the efficient progress of Works and conforms to Good Industry Practice; provided further that such interruption and diversion shall be undertaken by the Contractor only with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the Project Highway. It is further agreed that in the event the Project includes construction of a bypass or tunnel and realignment of the existing carriageway, the Contractor shall maintain the existing highway in such sections until the new Works are open to traffic.

  • TERM AND DURATION 4.1 The Company shall commence upon the filing of the Certificate of Formation, and shall continue in full force and effect until May 1, 2024, provided, however, that the Company shall be dissolved prior to such date upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.
