Changes and Updates. Provider reserves the right to change or update functionality of the Services from time to time. Provider shall notify Customer of any significant changes to the Services. Customer acknowledges that the tree benefits estimation science used in providing the Services evolves with time and said estimates will change from time to time. Provider shall notify Customer of any significant changes to the tree benefits estimation that may affect the Services. Changes or updates to functionality of the Services or of the tree benefits estimation science shall have no effect on the fees under Section 4.
