Changed/Altered Jobs. (a) (i) When there is an authorized significant change to a job, Administration will prepare a new job description and forward it to the Association for review. A significant change would be interpreted to mean where the change or alteration substantially or materially changes the position in terms of the skill, effort, working conditions or responsibilities so as to potentially alter the classification of the job.

  • NEW OR CHANGED JOBS The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union the rate of pay for any new or changed job prior to the rate being installed.
