CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS. Please remember to leave a forwarding address so we can return your security deposit. All mail including parcels will be returned to sender UNLESS you have arranged and paid for mail forwarding. The cost for mail forwarding is $25 for one month. MOVE OUT ROOM INSPECTION Prior to leaving, you must have your room inspected. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own bedrooms and all shared spaces. You will be charged a cleaning fee if required.
