Change Process Qualification Program. For the avoidance of doubt, the vLEI Issuer Qualification Program Checklist (Appendix 3) upon which the Qualification is based, and which lead to the issuance of a Qualified vLEI Issuer vLEI Credential and the TrustMark, constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement regarding any and all technical details agreed or mentioned therein, such as the validation and verification requirements before issuing a vLEI.
