Common use of Change Order Clause in Contracts

Change Order shall mean a written order to the CONSULTANT executed by the CITY, issued after execution of a Project Agreement or other agreement, authorizing and directing an addition, deletion or revision in the Work or an adjustment in the Contract Price or Contract Times, issued on the effective date of the Agreement.
