CHANGE ORDER CONTENTS. A. Contents of Change Orders will be based on, either:
1. Owner’s proposed Modification and Contractor's responsive Bid as mutually agreed between Owner and Contractor.
2. Contractor's Bid for a change as mutually agreed between Owner and Contractor.
CHANGE ORDER CONTENTS. All Change Orders must contain:
(i) a description of any additional work to be performed and/or changes to the performance required of either party, including the estimated number and skill level of personnel necessary to make such changes and/or additions and the availability of such personnel over the ensuing period;
(ii) a statement of the impact of the work or changes on the Services, Deliverables, Schedule, costs or other requirements of this Agreement or a SOW;
(iii) acceptance test procedures for such work, if applicable; and
(iv) signatures of duly authorized individuals of each party.
CHANGE ORDER CONTENTS. Any Requested Change Order shall include (a) a detailed description of the requested change to the original contract; (b) itemized documentation of any subcontractor costs; (c) the total costs associated with the proposed change; (d) the impact on the project completion date, if any, associated with the proposed change; and
