Change of the Registered Office or Registered Agent. The Board of Directors (the “Board”) may change either the location of the registered office or the name of the registered agent by resolution. Upon the Board’s adoption of such resolution, the Corporation will execute, acknowledge, and file with the State Corporation Commission a certificate certifying the change.
