Common use of Change of Principal Place of Business Clause in Contracts

Change of Principal Place of Business. The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Subsidiaries to, give Subordinated Agent at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention to move its principal place of business from the address set forth in Section 4.15 hereof.
