Change of Domicile. 1. If a Flight Attendant is displaced to another domicile, she/he shall carry over her/his awarded vacation slot(s). If a Flight Attendant voluntarily transfers to another domicile, s/he may not transfer their vacation slot(s) to the new domicile, but may submit new bid electronically following monthly bidding procedures.
Change of Domicile. Seafoods shall change its domicile to New Jersey or Delaware, as selected by Cadapult and the Cadapult Stockholders, subject, however, to the approval of persons owning the required number of shares of the outstanding voting securities of Seafoods in accordance with the Utah Revised Business Corporation Act.
Change of Domicile. Seafoods shall change its domicile from the State of Utah to such state as selected by Cadapult and the Cadapult Stockholders.
Change of Domicile. Prior to the closing date, TUGBOAT shall not change the domicile of TUGBOAT from the State of Delaware.
Change of Domicile. During the term of this Agreement, continuing employees who are changing their place of residence shall be allowed leave, with pay, not exceeding one (1) day for the purpose of moving their household effects. Continuing part-time employees shall be entitled to take a whole day off; but they shall be paid on a pro rata basis according to the number of hours which would normally have been worked by the employee in the bi-weekly period within which the change of residence takes place.
Change of Domicile. Following the Closing, Tomahawk may change its domicile, as selected by Sparta and the Sparta Members, subject, however, to the approval, if required, of the required number of shares of the outstanding voting securities of Tomahawk entitled to vote in accordance with the Nevada Revised Business Corporation Act.
Change of Domicile. The Company and Lombard will use their best efforts to complete the transactions comprising the Change of Domicile as, and within the time period, described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus.

Change of Domicile. Each of the parties hereby agrees to immediately notify the other parties hereto, regarding any change of address, telephone number, fax and/or the name of its representative, by any of the means referred to in the preceding paragraph. As long as the parties do not notify the change of their respective addresses, all notices (including those personally delivered) and other acts, whether part of a proceeding or not, shall be practiced and shall become effective when duly addressed to the intended recipient, at the addresses set forth in this Section 5.
