The Employer reserves the right to change the schedules once they are set, endeavoring to provide 24 hours notice to the employees concerned, based on the operational requirements of the Hotel. Should large fluctuations in business levels occur due to unforeseen circumstances, less than 24 hours of change in schedule may be required.
