Change in Measurement Method. If, at any time during the Delivery Term a new method or technique is developed with respect to electricity, Gas or fuel oil measurement, or the determination of the factors used in electricity, Gas or fuel oil measurement, such new method or technique may be substituted for the method set forth in this Article [IX] when in the reasonable opinion of the Parties, employing such new method or technique is advisable, and they so agree in writing.
