Change in Legislation. Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company is not aware of any legislation, or proposed legislation, which it reasonably expects will materially and adversely affect the business, affairs, operations, assets, liabilities (contingent or otherwise) or prospects of the Company.
Change in Legislation. If there occurs any change in the Applicable Utilities Legislation or any other Applicable Laws resulting in a Material Adverse Effect on the Business of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;

Change in Legislation. If after the date of the Agreement the cost or duration of the Services is altered as a result of changes in or additions to the law as stated in the Particular Conditions the agreed remuneration and time for completion shall be adjusted accordingly.

In the event that any future legislation renders null and void any provision of this agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the agreement, and the parties hereto shall consult with a view to reaching mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provisions so rendered null and void.

If, as a result of a change in the applicable law or in the judicial or governmental interpretation of such applicable law (but not related to employment, tax or social legislation) occurring after the Commencement Date and directly affecting the performance of the Contract, the Contractor will be forced to delay and/or incur additional costs in performing its obligations hereunder, the Contractor shall give written substantiated notice to Fusion for Energy of any such delay and/or additional costs within thirty (30) Days from the date of the change. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary is aware, after due inquiry, of any legislation, regulation, rule or change in government position published or contemplated by a legislative body or Governmental Authority, which it anticipates will materially and adversely affect its business (as currently carried on or proposed to be carried on), affairs, operations, assets, liabilities (contingent or otherwise) or prospects of the Company and the Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis.

If there is a change in Texas law that increases the scope of information available from TCPA compared to the scope of information available from TCPA on the date this Agreement is signed, both parties will negotiate an amendment to this Agreement. If data becomes unavailable, Contractor may terminate this Agreement with 10 business-days written notice to the City.
