Change in Legality. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, if any change in any law or regulation or in interpretation thereof by any governmental authority charged with the administration or interpretation thereof shall make it unlawful for Bank to make or maintain a Eurodollar Loan, then, by written notice to the Borrower, the Loan shall thereafter bear interest at a rate based upon such other comparable reference rate as reasonably determined by Bank.
