Common use of Change In Law Or Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Change In Law Or Interpretation. In the event of any change in, or further interpretation of section 280G or 4999 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Participant shall be entitled, by written notice to the Company, to request a written opinion of Independent Counsel regarding the application of such change to any of the foregoing, and the Company shall use its best efforts to cause such opinion to be rendered as promptly as practicable.
