Common use of Change in Control Severance Clause in Contracts

Change in Control Severance. Except as otherwise set forth herein, if a Change in Control occurs, and on, or at any time during the 24 months following, the Change in Control, (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for any reason other than Cause or Disability, or (ii) Executive terminates Executive’s employment for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

Change in Control Severance. Except as otherwise set forth herein, if In the event that a Change in Control occurs, occurs and on, or at any time during the 24 months following, within a period of one (1) year following the Change in Control, either: (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for any reason is involuntarily terminated by action of the Company other than Cause or Disabilityfor Cause, or (ii) Executive terminates Executive’s employment voluntarily for Good Reason, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the following benefits:(subject to Executive’s execution of a release of claims, as described in Section 7):
