Change in Collection Schedule. Contractor shall notify County a minimum of sixty (60) Business Days prior to a change in the residential collection schedule and shall request approval of Contractor’s notice to residential customers a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to a change in service day, unless this requirement is waived in writing by County. Contractor shall notify owners and occupants of residential premises by telephone and/or newspaper or other printed medium not later than ten (10) Business Days prior to any change in residential collection operations which results in a change in the Day on which solid waste and/or targeted recyclable materials collection occurs. Contractor shall not permit any customer to go more than five (5) Business Days without service in connection with a collection schedule change.

Change in Collection Schedule. Contractor shall notify City not later than 60 days before, and residential customers not later than 14 days before, any change in residential collection operations that results in a change in the day on which solid waste collection occurs. Contractor shall not permit any customer to go more than seven days without service in connection with a collection schedule change. City must give final approval to the routing changes and its approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.
Change in Collection Schedule. Contractor shall obtain written approval from City prior to any change in collection operations which results in a change in the day on which solid waste collection occurs at Residential Premises. Such approval will not be withheld unreasonably. Contractor will comply with the requirements in Exhibit A regarding notice to customers of changes in operations.

Notice shall include an insert in the Customer’s billing, announcement in local City newspapers and other print medium.
