Change in Agents give not less than 14 days’ prior notice to the Noteholders of any future appointment or any resignation or removal of any Agent or of any change by any Agent of its specified office and not make any such appointment or removal without the prior written approval of the Trustee;
Change in Agents. 12.1 Each of the Fiscal Agent, Registrar, Exchange Agent, Paying Agent and Transfer Agent in its capacity as such may be removed at any time by the giving to it of at least 30 days' written notice to that effect signed on behalf of the Issuer specifying the date on which such removal shall become effective. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such resignation or removal shall take effect within 30 days before or after any due date for payment of any Notes or before a new Fiscal Agent, Registrar, Exchange Agent, Paying Agent and Transfer Agent, as the case may be, shall have been appointed by the Issuer as hereinafter provided, and such new Agent shall have accepted such appointment. Any change in any Agent shall be notified by the Issuer to the other Agent(s).

Change in Agents to the extent practicable, give at least 14 calendar days' prior notice to the ETP Securityholders of the relevant Series of ETP Securities in accordance with the Conditions of any future appointment, resignation or removal of an Agent or of any change by an Agent of its specified office notified to the Issuer.
Change in Agents give at least 14 days’ prior notice to the Bondholders and the Trustee in accordance with Condition 16 of any future appointment, resignation or removal of an Agent or of any change by an Agent of its specified office;
Change in Agents at all times maintain a Principal Paying and Transfer Agent, Registrar and Agent Bank in accordance with the Conditions and give not less than 14 days’ prior notice to the Noteholders of any future appointment or any resignation or removal of any Agent or of any change by any Agent of its specified office and not make any such appointment or removal without the written approval of the Trustee;
Change in Agents to the extent practicable, give at least 14 days’ prior notice to the Noteholders or to the Trustee of any future appointment, resignation or removal of an Agent or of any change by an Agent of its Specified Office and not make any such appointment or removal without the Trustee’s written approval unless, (i) in the case of the Calculation Agent, such appointment is the result of an Written Resolution from Noteholders, as provided in Condition 6(e) (Calculation Agent), or (ii) the appointment of the relevant Agent is terminated automatically in accordance with Clause 17 (Changes in Agents) of the Master Agency Terms, in which case approval shall not be required.
