Common use of Change Directives Clause in Contracts

Change Directives. § 6.3.1 A Change Directive is a written order signed by the Owner directing a change in the Work prior to agreement on adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum or, if prior to execution of the Design-Build Amendment, the adjustment in the Design-Builder’s compensation, or Contract Time.
