Chairpersons. The Foundation shall designate two (2) SC Members from any of the Steering Committee membership categories specified in subparagraph (a) (but not more than one (1) from each category), to serve as co-Chairpersons of the Steering Committee. The Chairpersons shall preside over all meetings of the Steering Committee and approve the agenda proposed by the Foundation in advance of each meeting before it is circulated to the SC Members.
